OLI PORT - Founder / Creative Director

Oli is a published author and entrepreneur. She grew up in Canada where she studied Pre Law at Vanier College, and then Media and Entertainment at McGill University. After graduating with a BA of Arts, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the arts.  She worked as a freelance graphic/ web designer, and branding manager, for several companies, before launching her own brand. Today, Oli is the Creative Director of Coverdogs, Editor in Chief of the DOGUE magazine and a dog mom to Mimi Bear, her muse. Oli loves to travel and considers herself a global citizen.

SHANNON COOPER - Dog Fashion Stylist & DOGUE Fashion Editor

Shannon earned her B.A. in Journalism, with minors in English and Linguistics from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She spent her single, suited and high-heeled career days in banking in Beverly Hills, before returning to her journalistic calling. Shannon's eye for photography and passion for fashion have eventually transferred over to dog fashion. Today, Shannon is a full-time dog fashion stylist, founder of GGCREW, a dog jewelry line, and a proud mom of 4 Frenchie fashion models and 2 kids.

ANGELA BARRETT - Brand Ambassador Program Director

Angela is a mom to two daughters and a Queen Charles Cavalier, Queen Elizabeth. Angie is also one of the most glamorous women in Texas. She is a respected philanthropist, art patron, and TV personalities, who has become a social fixture in Dallas with a grand sense of style. She supports several charities and serves on the board of directors for Genesis Women’s Shelter, Children's Cancer Fund, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, American Foundation for AIDS Research (Am FAR), along with other organizations. Angie’s style extends into her Art collection and home in Dallas’s Arts District, which has been featured in magazines for its unique and modern sophistication. Angela describes herself as  "a film editor, Dear Abby, art collector, dog walker, fashion aficionado, ballroom dancer, mediator... A quote from the Duchess of Windsor describes me best, “A woman’s life can really be a succession of lives, each revolving around some emotionally compelling situation or challenge, and each marked off by some intense experience.”

LAURIE BAROCAS - Director of Advertising 

Laurie grew up in Long Island, New York. She has four children, a few grand kids, a few grand dogs and her mini Goldendoodle, Teddy. She has a BA in Psychology from Hofstra University and a graduate degree from Queens College, CUNY City of New York. Laurie has worked as an art teacher at an elementary school, and later, her fascination with art inspired her to go back to school to study design. She earned a certificate in interior design from the Metropolitan Institute of Design. Working with an architect, Laurie designed her homes in Brookville, NY and in Knoxville, TN.
